The Halfway House is an absolute gem! The legendary steak pie lived up to its name, and the cozy atmosphere in the bar made for a delightful dining experience. Plus, the staff's warm welcome and their spot-on wine suggestions really added to the stay.
Might wanna watch out for the morning ruckus from nearby dog kennels, and I wouldn't mind seeing a few more breakfast options on the menu. The smell near the barn could do with a cheeky airing out, too.

We spent 2 nights and really loved the cozy double room with an ensuite bathroom. The sun terrace and garden were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, we heard some barking from nearby kennels in the mornings, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 🌞
